My son is turning 16, so I decided to make a birthday card for him.
Being a single mom, it’s been a struggle, with money and everything, but I’m so lucky. This amazing teen, young man, has always been so understanding and easy. We talk about stuff, a lot. He knows our   

Money issues and that’s why he hasn’t really ask lot and definitely nothing expensive. He try’s to make everything easy for me, even though it should be another way round. He is truly the best son you can ever hope for. I hope you awesome birthday, son, I love you 😘

In the card I draw my son playing computer, which is he’s favorite thing. He’s dream is to be professional esport player. He saved money and bought computer for himself and loves to play cs:go. Favorite team from cs:go is of course Finnish ENCE.

P.s. Son loved the card. He was laughing that he really sits like that, arms like that and that i also tried to draw scene from the game. (He did knew what map it was)

Finally I got some energy to do some crafting and I decide to make something for
Try it on Tuesday-challenge too.

The theme was "In my garden is.."..

Everyone who knows me, is very aware of the fact that I'm unable to keep any plants alive, so I really don't have a garden. If I did, it would be full of dead plants. But I did't want to make ATC:s about dead plants, so I made them about bugs!
Well, not really my favorite subject either, but I did receive these cool looking bugs from a friend of mine, so I definitely wanted to use them here. I just added some glitter in the wings, and some "highlights" with white gel pen. The backround is from some plantbook, i just mess it little bit with white gesso. Text-stickers are from the same friend that i got the bugs from.

Aiheena tällä kertaa "In my garden is.."

Kaikki jotka minut tuntee, tietää etten saa pidettyä hengissä mitään kasveja, joten ei mulla mitään puutarhaa ole. Jos olisi, niin se olisi täynnä kuolleita kasveja. Enkä mä halunnut nyt tehdä ATC kortteja kuolleista kasveista, vaan tein ne ötököistä!
No niin, ei nekään nyt mikään mun lempi-aihe ole, mutta olin saanut ystävältäni nämä hienot ötökät, ja halusin ne tässä käyttää. Lisäsin vain hieman glitteriä siipiin, ja vähän kohokohtia valkoisella geelikynällä. Taustat on repäistyjä sivuja jostain kasvi-kirjasta, sotkin vain vähän valkoistagessoa päälle. Teksti tarrat olen saanut samaiselta ystävältä, jolta sain ötökätkin.

Where's the Party?

Let's Party!



I finally decided to be brave enough and participate my first non Finnish challenge.

Try it on Tuesday had a Party-subject challenge, and I wanted to try it.

Teddy with the balloon i got from ATC happy mail, and it's been waiting for some time to be in a card, and I decided to use it in this ATC.
I draw and glue a party hat and a whistle(?) to my Teddy.
the backround with cupcakes on it, was bought from market, so i haven't done it myself.

Päätin uskaltautua ensimmäiseen ulkomaalaiseen haasteeseen.

Try it on Tuesday sivustolla oli Party-aiheinen haaste, johon päätin osallistua.

ATC vaihdossa saamani nalle ilmapalloineen olikin pitkään odottanut pääsyä korttiin,
ja sainkin idean käyttää sen tässä ATC-kortissa.
Piirsin ja liimasin nallelle juhlahatun ja pillin.
Taustana oli tällä kertaa ihan valmis cupcake-kuvioinen paperi.
